PETR 3304 - Formation Evaluation

3 Semester Credit Hours

Prerequisites: 3. 0 TTU GPA; C or better in GEOL 4334, PETR 3105, PETR 4303. Corequisites: PETR 3107, PETR 3306, PETR 3307, ENCO 3350. Evaluation of sub-surface formation petrophysical properties using mud logs, wireline logs, cores and wireline formation tests to determine rock type, porosity, permeability, and hydrocarbon content.
