ME 4386 - Introduction to Microsystems II

3 Semester Credit Hours
Prerequisite: ME 4385 . For majors only or with departmental consent. Application of microfabrication to create microsensor systems. Integration of optics, optoelectronics, and microfluids. Includes other MEMS projects. Approved departmental elective.
