Applying for Admission

Texas Tech Law seeks to enhance the educational experience of all students in the Law School by admitting applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.  Applicants who will possess a U.S. baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, prior to the start of orientation, are eligible for admission to Texas Tech Law as candidates for the Juris Doctorate degree.

To apply to the Law School, applicants must apply online via the LSAC electronic application.  An application is considered complete and ready for review when the following documents have been submitted to LSAC:

• A valid LSAT score
• An official transcript
• Minimum of 2 letters of recommendation
• Resume
• Personal Statement
