LAW 6041 - Taxation of Business Entities

A survey of the federal income taxation of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), general and limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships (LLPs). The course will survey tax issues involved in the formation, operation, and liquidation of these entities.
