LAW 6245 - Texas Employment Law Practicum

A simulation course in which students draft an employment-based policy document, deliver employment-related training materials, and draft litigation documents by applying federal employment law and Texas state employment laws. 

Prerequisites & Notes
Prerequisites: None; however it is strongly suggested that students have completed or concurrently take an Employment Law-related course such as Discrimination in Employment and Employment Law and a civil procedure-type course beyond the first-year civil procedure course.
