LAW 6109 - Visual Legal Advocacy The practice of law (as well as teaching and research) increasingly utilizes video and other visual materials. This seminar will examine case studies in documentary, courtroom video and photography, law firm commercials, and other forms of visual advocacy, including exploring the application of legal ethics to these forms of legal advocacy. This course will survey the principles, theory and practice of the use of visual legal advocacy tools and apply that foundation in the development of each student’s own visual legal project.
