LAW 6082 - Cybersecurity Law and Policy Cybersecurity law is a rapidly developing field and involves multiple fields of law, including national security law, intelligence law, criminal law, constitutional law, and administrative law. Cybersecurity is the regulation of the internet, electronically controlled infrastructure, and electronic communications using technological, social, and legal controls implemented by government and private entities to secure data and networks from theft and attack by foreign enemies of the state, domestic terrorists, hackers, competitors, spies and other adversaries.
