FIN 5321 - Financial Management Case Analysis

Prerequisites: C or better in FIN 5320 or FIN 3322; admission to finance concentration in M.S. /B.A. program, or consent of instructor. In-depth analysis of financial decision-making in areas of capital budgeting, risk, capital structure, financial analysis, dividend policy, mergers, financial failure. Case studies and computer financial models are used.
