PSS 4411 - Controlled Environment Crop Production

Prerequisite: C or better in PSS 1411 or PSS 1321. Introduces concepts of construction, operation, and management for a variety of structures and crops. Includes construction materials and methods, heating, cooling, growing media, pest management, nutrition, fertility, growth regulation, irrigation, and post-harvest handling. Field trip required. S (odd).
