GEOL 3321 - Igneous and Metamorphic Petrology

3 Semester Credit Hours

Prerequisites: C or better in GEOL 2401 (may be taken concurrently), GEOL 3401; CHEM 1307 and CHEM 1107. Systematic mineralogical, geochemical and petrographical description of igneous and metamorphic rocks and application of internationally recognize nomenclature schemes. Field trip requires strenuous activity.
