3 Semester Credit Hours Prerequisite: 2.5 TTU GPA; C or better in ECE 4314. For majors only or departmental consent. An introduction to the design and simulation of power semiconductor devices. Covers the operation of power diodes, power MOSFETS, and IGBTs. Power devices will be modeled using a physic-based simulator.
