JOUR 3390 - Internship in Journalism

3 Semester Credit Hours

Prerequisites: GPA of 2.5; C or higher in JOUR 3380; pass the Basics of Writing exam with a grade of 70 or higher. Minimum of 160 hours of supervised employment in a professional news organization that consistently gathers and reports factual and verifiable information. Weekly reports, interviews, and a term paper are required. Must be taken pass/fail.
