LAW 7406 - Criminal Defense Clinic II Students will serve, under faculty supervision, as lead counsel and represent indigent criminal defendants in a variety of misdemeanor, felony, juvenile, and appellate matters in state and federal courts.
Prerequisites & Notes Required Prerequisites: Must be a third-year law student. Must not be on academic probation. Students placed on academic probation while participating in clinic will be withdrawn from clinic hours. Recommended Prerequisites: Criminal Procedure, Professional Responsibility, Evidence, Texas Criminal Procedure, Trial Advocacy, and/or Mock Trial or Moot Court.
