LAW 6265 - Criminal Prosecution Seminar

This course will focus on the role and responsibility of criminal prosecutors. In particular, each step of reviewing, preparing, negotiating, and trying a criminal case, focusing on ethical responsibilities and advocacy as well as current issues and events in the role of criminal prosecution.
