PETR 3304 - Formation Evaluation

3 Semester Credit Hours

Prerequisites: ME 2322 or PETR 2325; CE 2301 or ME 2301; PETR 2302, PETR 2303, PETR 2326; PHYS 2401. Corequisites: PETR 3303, PETR 3103. Evaluation of petrophysical properties using mud logs, wireline logs, core and wireline formation test to determine lithology, porosity, permeability and hydrocarbon content in conventional and unconventional reservoirs.
