NS 3310 - Introduction to Medical Nutrition Therapy

Prerequisites: Nutrition majors or minors with a 2.75 TTU GPA; NS 1410, CHEM 1308/CHEM 1108, ZOOL 2404 or instructor consent. Explores the role of nutrition in treating acute and chronic diseases and introduces the Nutrition Care Process. It is the first of three sequenced courses.
