ACCT 3308 - Taxation of Business Entities

Prerequisites: Minimum cumulative 2.75 TTU GPA, B or better in ACCT 2300. A study in detail of certain provisions of the Internal Revenue Code pertaining to business entities, combined with elementary tax planning.
