LAW 6348 - Advanced Trial and Evidence Practice

Advanced Trial and Evidence Practice allows students to develop high-level advocacy skills in the context of trial strategy sessions and simulated courtroom exercises. Students will work individually or in small teams to represent “clients” at hearings, trial components, and comprehensive simulation exercises.

Prerequisites: LAW 6416  and LAW 6047 .
