MGT 4385 - Recruitment, Selection, and Retention

3 Semester Credit Hours
Prerequisite: C or better in MGT 3370  (business majors) or BA 3305  (non-business majors). Introduces students to employee selection and placement issues, including job analysis, criterion development, development and use of employment tests, validation of selection techniques, recruitment strategies, and statistical methods for making fair employment decisions.
