About the Wine Business Undergraduate Certificate
The Department of Hospitality and Retail Management offers a certificate focused on wine entrepreneurship designed to provide individuals with a foundation or to enhance their current skills to develop a business in the hospitality and/or retail business sectors. Students may choose four of the following courses: HRM 4355 , RHIM 2312 , RHIM 4340 , RHIM 4311 , and RHIM 4350 . Courses may be taken in any order as long as prerequisites have been met.
