About the Leadership Undergraduate Certificate

Undergraduates can earn the Leadership Certificate designed to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and experiences to effectively and ethically lead people and organizations. Through dynamic classes, hands-on activities, and networking opportunities with leaders across industries, students in the Leadership Certificate will explore key leadership lenses and concepts, such as authentic leadership, ethical decision-making, communication, and team development. Open to all Rawls College of Business majors, the Leadership Certificate will provide a foundation as they develop their leadership capacity and launch their careers.
