About the Human Resources Management Undergraduate Certificate
Undergraduate students can earn a certificate in Human Resources Management designed to equip students to use data and analytics to strategically leverage human resources for organizations. Students will learn to use evidence (e.g., survey responses, qualitative responses) from multiple stakeholders, especially employees, at multiple points in time to make data-driven decisions. Students will learn how to select and retain good employees, motivate them on the job, and essentially turn a job into a place employees want to be. Required Prerequisite Course for Non-Business Majors (3 hours):
