About the Organizational Leadership, B.A.

In University Studies  in the B.A. in Organizational Leadership at Texas Tech Online, students gain a comprehensive understanding of leadership theories, organizational dynamics, and strategic decision-making. Students explore effective communication strategies, ethical leadership principles, and change management practices. The program also covers themes related to data-driven analysis, technological innovation in organizations, and global business environments.
