About the Multidisciplinary Science: Composite Science Concentration Bachelor’s Program
The Multidisciplinary Science, B.S. with a concentration in Composite Science is designed to give students a broad foundation across various scientific fields. It focuses on integrating knowledge from disciplines like chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics to prepare students for careers or further study. Communication Literacy Requirement. Communication Literacy courses for the Multidisciplinary Science major are EDSE 3300 , EDSE 4000 , and EDSE 4320 .
Secondary-Level Education. This specialization within the B.S. in Multidisciplinary Science is designed primarily for individuals seeking teacher certification in seventh through twelfth grades. Degree plans are a sequence of four semesters of professional education courses (including two student teaching semesters). All courses include field experiences scheduled outside of class time.
