1 Semester Credit Hours Prerequisite: Sophomore standing. An interactive forum on current issues and trends affecting the hospitality industry from a practitioner’s perspective. Leaders from major hospitality corporations, including alumni and young emerging leaders, will present. May be repeated for a maximum of three credit hours.
