PSS 2114 - Wine Production Lab

Corequisite: PSS 2314 . Acquaints students with the basic concepts of winemaking and fermentation. Applies theories of winemaking taught in Wine Production course. Fermentation applications and analysis techniques required to monitor the progress of fermentations including sugar concentration, pH, and acidity.
