Prerequisite: C or better in PSS 1411 or PSS 1321. Principles of management, marketing, structures, and distribution for retail horticultural enterprises (garden centers, famer’s markets, nursery establishments, etc.). Students will complete a startup proposal at completion of class. F (even).
