Introduction to fundamentals of solid-state energy devices beyond solar cells, including materials and devices for thermoelectrics for converting heat to electricity, betavoltaics and alphavoltaics as long-life batteries, fuel cells and super-capacitors for energy storage, and hydrogen generation and storage.
