LAW 7405 - Criminal Defense Clinic I

4 Semester Credit Hours

Prerequisites: LAW 6339, LAW 6357, LAW 6416. Students will serve, under faculty supervision as lead counsel and represent indigent criminal defendants in a variety of misdemeanor, felony, juvenile, and appellate matters in state and federal courts.
