LAW 6011 - RemediesV2-3 Semester Credit Hours This course is composed of a combination of legal subjects and deals with the questions and answers concerning what one expects a court to do after a plaintiff prevails on the merits. Several possible remedies might arise from the same set of facts or a claim. Remedies almost always involve issues of discretion: discretion for the judge in fashioning an equitable remedy, discretion for the jury in assessing damages, and discretion of lawmakers in setting the boundaries for these decisions.
