MFT 5322 - Family Systems

3 Semester Credit Hours

Prerequisites: MFT majors only; consent of instructor. Application of general systems theory and cybernetics to family systems. Examination of structural, strategic and systemic approaches to family therapy, including the work of Minuchin, Haley, Mental Research Institute, and key modern and post-modern family therapy theorists.
