PETR 4300 - Petroleum Property Evaluation and Management

Prerequisites: 3.0 TTU GPA; C or better in GEOL 4334, CE 3303 or ME 3303, ME 3370 or PETR 2327, PETR 3304, PETR 3306. Corequisites: PETR 4322; 6 PETR elective hours in PETR 4306, PETR 4307, PETR 4309, or PETR 4319. Economic, physical, analytical, and statistical evaluation of hydrocarbon-producing properties, emphasizing relative worth of investments based on engineering judgment, business strategy, and risk analysis using actual oil properties in team projects.
