ECE 4386 - Introduction to Microsystems II

3 Semester Credit Hours
Prerequisite: 2.5 TTU GPA; C or better in ECE 4385 . For majors only or departmental consent. Application of microfabrication to create microsensor systems. Integration of optics, optoelectronics, and microfluids. Includes other MEMS projects.
