About the Sales and Customer Relationship Management Undergraduate Certificate
The 12-hour undergraduate certificate in Sales and Customer Relationship Management is designed to prepare undergraduate students for sales careers. Students will take four courses related to professional selling and upon graduation will receive a certificate in addition to their undergraduate degree in their major. Students will be required to have a minimum GPA of 2.75.
