About the Nutritional Sciences Master’s Program
The Master of Science program in Nutritional Sciences (NS) prepares students to continue on with a Ph.D. to be qualified for faculty and post-doctorate positions as well as careers in various industry settings. This degree requires a minimum of 31 hours semester hours thesis or non-thesis option beyond a bachelor of science degree. For thesis option, research projects can be in clinical nutrition, community nutrition, basic science, or dietetics.
