About the Geographic Information Science and Technology Undergraduate Certificate

The Geographic Information Sciences and Technology undergraduate certificate provides students with theoretical and applied knowledge of Geographic Information Sciences. Successful completion of this certificate will prepare students in best practices of design and management of geospatial data, useful in a wide array of professions. All courses must be completed with a grade of C or better. Students must take GIST 3300 first. Other courses may be taken in any order as long as prerequisites have been met.
