The 18-hour minor in sports medicine introduces students to the field of athletic training and prepares them to take the Texas Athletic Training Licensure Examination or enter a graduate athletic training licensing program. Students will complete KIN 3314 , KIN 3323 , KIN 3346 , KIN 4337 , KIN 4338 , and KIN 2198 I, KIN 2198 II, and KIN 2198 III. KIN 2198 must be taken sequentially in different semesters—KIN 2198 I, KIN 2198 II, and KIN 2198 III.
