About the Accelerated Human Sciences, B.S. / Nutritional Sciences, M.S. Program
This program is designed for students completing the Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences, with minors in Nutrition and Chemistry, intending on pursuing a graduate degree in Nutritional Sciences. Students are required to complete certain leveling courses at the undergraduate level, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and submit a formal application to the Nutritional Sciences department for admission. The Nutrition minor requires a minimum of 9 hours of upper-level NS courses and a total of 18 hours of undergraduate courses. If approved for admission, students will take 9 credit hours of graduate level Nutritional Sciences coursework in their final semester of their undergraduate degree. The 9 hours will fulfill graduation requirements at the undergraduate level as well as apply to the 31 hours of credits required for the M.S. in Nutritional Sciences.
