A minor in mechanical engineering consists of 18 or more hours of mechanical engineering coursework, including 6 credit hours of upper-division courses beyond any mechanical engineering or equivalent courses already required by the student’s home department. The minor sequence consists of ME 2301 , ME 2302 , ME 2322 , ME 3311 , ME 3322 , and one of ME 3370 or ME 3403 . Additional courses for the minor may only be taken if approved by the undergraduate director for mechanical engineering. Students outside of WCOE applying for a minor must have a TTU GPA of 3.0 or higher.
