About the B.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies


Completion of this coursework will lead to a Bachelor’s degree AND certification in the major content area, certification in English as a second language and certification in Special Education.

Communication Literacy Requirement. Communication Literacy courses for the Multidisciplinary Studies major are EDEL 3300 , EDEL 4000 , EDSE 4000 , and EDLL 3352 .

About the Multidisciplinary Studies Secondary Math Concentration


Secondary-Level Education. This concentration within the B.S. in Multidisciplinary Studies is designed primarily for individuals seeking teacher certification in grades seventh through twelfth grade. Degree plans are a sequence of four semesters of professional education courses (including two student teaching semesters). All courses include field experiences scheduled outside of class time.
