LAW 6075 - Agricultural Biotechnology Law This course examines issues of policy and law in agricultural biotechnology, including synthetic biology, genetically modified organisms, transgenic animals, foods, cloning, CRISPR, crimes, economic espionage, intellectual property and environmental laws. These issues will be considered within the context of governmental regulatory approaches as well as private sector participation. This interdisciplinary course is designed for law students who have either nonscience or science/engineering undergraduate majors.
