LAW 6367 - K-12 Education Law A study of the law that examines the legal structure of the K-12 public school system as well as the complex interrelationships between state and federal constitutional, statutory, administrative, and judicial law. Major topics of education law to be examined include student discipline; free speech, grievances and association rights; religion in schools; educator and student privacy issues; and educator liability.
