About the Nutritional Sciences Graduate Minor for Master’s Students

A minor in Nutritional Sciences is designed for students seeking to compliment their master’s education with 9 hours of course work in Nutritional Sciences. These courses should provide a foundation of nutrition, and allow at least one course in an area of the students interest. Students will take 6 hours of required courses and 3 hours (one course) of electives.
